According to a South London paper  ex City striker Aaron Wilbraham is attracting the interest of Crystal Palace manager Dougie Freedman. 

We hope it comes off for Wilbraham, he will be a good signing for a championship club, has bags of experience and always puts in a good shift,  we had a lot of time for him when at City;  never once did you hear him moan and groan about his lack of starts for the first team, but when he did get a rare start or came on as a sub, he never let us down and always worked hard.

A lot of younger modern day professionals could do a lot worse than taking his lead.  Good luck Aaron hope it works out. if not at Palace then another club.
