Bearing in mind Chris Hughton's the other day "Anything that’s ever reported is never coming from us"
According to Talksport City are interested in Hearts defender Andy Webster.
The 30-year-old was named Player of the Year at Tynecastle last season, and new manager John McGlynn will de desperate to keep hold of him.
But with just a year left on his contract, he could be available for as little as £250,000.
Webster caused controversy in 2006 when he joined Wigan, having given notice under EU law to cancel his contract with Hearts three years into a four-year deal - with the proviso he joined a club in a foreign country.
That move south did not work out, however, and he made just four appearances for the Latics before returning to Scottish football with Rangers.
But Canaries boss Chris Hughton is keen to persuade the Scottish international to have another crack at the Premier League.
Hughton has already signed Rangers defender Steven Whittaker on a free this summer, and wants to take Curtis Davies from his former club Birmingham.
