I thought that this rumour was knocked dead, but today it is surfacing again in Italy.  A little twist has been added to the original stories. Now Cardiff are said to tracking Ciani and have made an offer to both Lazio and the player himself.

Today the same site that the original rumour started (tuttomercatoweb) says that Ciani will today choose between two separate proposals, one from Norwich and one from Cardiff. He's travelled to the UK and will have to quickly make his mind up between the two clubs. Cardiff are currently bottom of the Premier League table and Norwich are twelfth.
