Reports on the net have Chris Hughton going back after Craig Mackail Smith at Brighton with a £3 million bid.
I believe this is just column filling with rehashing of old stories, City bid £3 million on the last day of the window in the summer and this was turned down flat, so why would we go back with the same offer knowing it was already rejected, plus prices are known to be highier in January.
Just lazy Journalism, filling up the inches....
