FA Youth Cup

City's  U18 side  have a great chance of progressing to the a quater final tie in FA Youth Cup,  Birmingham stand in the way of a historic clash with Everton the team they played in the final 30 years ago.

Back then Dave Stringer’s City team beat Everton in a very memorable FA Youth Cup final that went on over three matches.

After winning the first leg 3-2 at Carrow Road, the Canaries were beaten 3-2 at Goodison Park in the return leg.

Making it a 5-5 aggregate score forcing a  replay, which was played at Goodison on the toss of a coin, but City won 1-0 in front of a crowd of 20,652 with a second-half goal from Paul Clayton.

A good crowd for the Birmingham game next Tuesday, would be very welcome for the young lads.
