Norwich City have today confirmed that former Luton and Cambridge boss Richard Money will take up the role of Academy Manager with the Canaries.
The 61-year-old has previously done the same Academy job at both Coventry City and Newcastle United, and replaces the newly appointed Academy Head of Recruitment Gregg Broughton in the job with Norwich City.
Lowestoft born Money told Canaries.co.uk "I'm really pleased to be joining Norwich City as Academy Manager and I can't wait to get stuck into the job in the new year.
'Wherever I've been, the development of young players has always been the first aim for me, whether it's as a manager or an academy manager. My record of pushing players through to first-teams has been good.
'It's not just any job. I was born in the area, and I was brought up around the club and supported it as a boy. All my family are season-ticket holders, so the fact that it's Norwich makes it extra special.'
