Former Derby, Norwich, Birmingham, Stoke and Cardiff striker Cameron Jerome looks to be set to return to playing in England.

The 34-year-old front man is currently a free agent after his contract expired at Turkish club Goztepe.

Football Insider reports that League One side MK Dons are understood to be on the verge of completing the signing Jerome on a free transfer.

The player is said to have agreed terms on a one-year deal with the Milton Keynes outfit, managed by former Norwich defender and team mate Russell Martin.
