Although hearing this rumour quite strongly I must be honest that I cannot find any media link to it, but it could have a little weight seeing as the player is a free agent,    Jobi McAnuff was set free by Reading at the end of last season, after spending 5 years there.   His experience would not be a bad thing to have in the dressing room for next to nothing.
