Here we go on the merry Go Round of a transfer,  Celtic reject City's opening bid for Gary Hooper  and fully expect us to go back with another offer.

Mean while Celtic manager Neil Lennon is upset that the news leaked out of the bid, he claims the leak happened in England,  stating he does all his business in private  It would be in City's interest to keep it all private, so another club cannot get an idea of what is going on, more than likely his agent trying to start a bidding war
