It will depend on what web site you read to see if City are in with a chance of signing striker Leon Best, several sites have him completing a medical at Ewood Park ahead of a £3 million switch from the premier league.  Others have him still involved in a battle between City and Blackburn for his signature.

We are lead to believe that Blackburn have offered Best a lucrative contract for dropping down a level, but I would have thought the chance of staying in the Premiership and linking up with Chris Hughton, the man who took him to Tyneside was more appealing football wise.  Perhaps if money is solely the driving force and Blackburn possibly offering more than City,  then fine you go there.
