Neil Adams in his role as loan arranger iskeeping himself busy with the news that young striker Jamar Loza has gone out on loan to Southend until the end of the season
The arrangement includes an option for Southend to take him permenantly at the end of the season
Loza has made six appearances for City so far, scoring one goal, a memorable injury-time equaliser at Huddersfield which helped keep Alex Neil’s team on course for a Championship play-off place.
The clinical finisher has been limited to playing under-21s football so far this season, scoring seven goals in 12 matches, including five in a 7-2 demolition of Southampton in November.
Loza also played twice for League Two club Stevenage earlier in the season and has previously also spent time on loan with Yeovil Town, Leyton Orient and Coventry City.
Sadly you have to start to wonder if he will ever make the grade, especially with our lofty ambitions, and given that he has not even hit the required standard in the Championship opportunities he ahs had it is probably best for both parties to move on.
