As was revealed by Club Chairman and former Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls this afternoon when in discussion with local media
"We're going to be announcing some changes in our structure next week.
We've thought long and hard over the last couple of months since the departure of Jez Moxey and we've got a bigger task now, because as well as strengthening things on the football side, we're also going to be bringing in a new manager.
We need to make sure we're not debating these issues in the summer, we've decided to move now so that we can have people in place for the close-season.
This summer's recruitment effort is vital for us. We've got to make sure with the second year of parachute payments coming that our ambition to get back to the Premier League is backed by determination and good judgements."
