Alex Neil revealed yesterday the Swiss international has an outside chance of recovering from his knee ligament injury for the summer tournament, however following yesterday's defeat hat all but sealed our relegation, I like many fans i'm sure have my doubts that we will see him in a City shirt again such is the way the sport is going these days.
Klose was ruled out of Norwich’s run-in after being carried off at Crystal Palace last month and former centre-back partner Bennett is struggling to recover from a viral infection to face United.
“I’m not quite sure how he’s going to be. He trained for one day at the end of last week and we hoped he was going to be available for the Arsenal match, but he took a turn for the worse,” said Neil. “It will be a real last-minute call, it will be determined by how Ryan is feeling and how he feels he can approach the game if he can.
“I wouldn’t say he was in great shape, training-wise, so we’ll have to monitor him. It is hard to say about midweek. Last week I would have said he was 50:50 and he would be available.
“Timm is out of his brace now and he is able to move his knee so we are hoping to get him into some sort of shape for the Euros. The only concern for him would be the games leading up to it. Normally countries have two or three games for match practice. I am not convinced he will make those.”
