Looks like Neil Adams is close to make his third signing of the season in the shape of Gary ONeil, a free agent released by QPR earlier.  ONeil has bags of experience having helped Ranger to promotion last season.

The player said he had offers from various clubs including Maccabi Haifa. Reports suggest  it looks as if  City  have now persuaded O'Neil to sign.
