Realism

A point when you are not playing that particually well can't be a bad thing, it was been somewhat of a hallmark of Lambert's team since he has been here.  Had we been a  Manchester Utrd or Chelsea that attribute would be, being made more of.  But we are  Norwich, we'll just get on with it.

Lambert is realistic enough to know we were a little bit lucky yesterday,  he takes a sense of perspective after his City side were lucky to take a point in a 1-1 home draw with Wigan.

Lambert said:

"I have always thought that if you can't win it, don't lose it. We showed great resilience and we had to.
"We could have won it at the end with (Steve) Morison's header, but I will take a point."

With just about every expert, pundit along with the majority of City supporters saying that they feel City are safe, but Lambert says and believes other wise:

"Until someone shows you are mathematically safe you keep going."

That is the whole driving force behind the man and his team, there is no room for complacency or relaxing until the job is done.
