According to Charlie Wyatt sports Journalist for The Sun   City have bid £10 million on two players.  He said on his Twitter acccount earlier tonight.  Graham we know is one if reports are correct,  just who the other one is open to guesswork. It could be Hooper or Kayal from Celtic or anyone from the host of names linked with City; or it could also be a right load of tosh.
