Now Russell Martin has signed another contract,  brilliant news the guy has been outstanding, and appears to be very level headed over the last couple of weeks, when some I am sure were a little shell shocked

Defender Russell Martin has put pen-to-paper on a new three-year-contract, keeping him at Carrow Road until 2015.
