Scans have shown that John Ruddy has sustained a broken finger in training yesterday  and he will now not be fit for the trip to Poland and Ukraine.

Ruddy will travel to Oslo to watch Saturday's friendly with Norway before returning home to England.

It means Birmingham goalkeeper and England Under 21 international Jack Butland has been drafted into the squad from the standby list

Hell you can not feel anything but absolutely gutted for the lad, what rotten luck.  He is young enough to get another chance, but doesn't make up for the disappointment he must be suffering. 

Means he won't have to rush off after his wedding and can have a longer honeymoon.
