Blackburn Rovers are eyeing a loan deal for former defender Grant Hanley from Norwich City.
Tony Mowbray’s side are looking for defensive reinforcements and could turn to a familiar face, according to journalist Alan Nixon on Twitter.
Hanley, who is 27 years-old, played just 12 times for the Canaries last season as they were promoted from the Championship under Daniel Farke. Therefore, he could become available this summer.
Rovers are keen on bringing in some players over the coming months and have got some targets in mind, as per a report by The72 yesterday.
Hanley, who is a Scotland international with 29 caps under his belt, started his career with spells at Queen of the South, Crewe Alexandra and Rangers before joining Blackburn in 2008.
He went onto make 200 appearances for the Lancashire side and played in both the Premier League and Championship.
