According to The Daily Mirror today, Norwich City midfielder Jonny Howson could be sold this summer as they continue to shuffle their personnel ahead of next season.
Norwich City’s new Sporting Director Stuart Webber has already been wielding the axe as he intends to radically shake up the squad for a promotion push next season.
Despite not having a manager in place yet, senior figures at Norwich City have already been making decisions on first team players’ futures.
Seven senior players were released earlier in the week, including Ryan Bennett, Seb Bassong, John Ruddy and Kyle Lafferty.
As well as this, reports earlier in the week suggested that Steven Naismith would be let go on a free transfer.
Now Jonny Howson could be next out of the exit door if Norwich receive a decent bid from a Premier League side.
The 28-year-old has two years left on his deal after this season but the Canaries could cash in on him to buy other players.
