I would dearly like read that Norwich had had something very similar to the following written into any agreements with Aston Villa,  I think Swansea have made a wise move in securing this.   Whether it will work in practice is another matter.

We have over the years seen managers leave a club only to go back and raid the players, Lambert purchased David Fox and Marc Teirney from Colchester. Anything that can slow or stop that from happening can only be a good thing.
