Norwich City are reported to be closing in on the permanent signing of Brentford attacking midfielder Paris Maghoma according to news published this morning by The PinkUn.
The 24-year-old midfielder is set to undergo a medical this week ahead of a permanent move to The Canaries as they continue to seek to add qulity and depth to their midfield and attacking ranks. He is poised to follow both Ali Ahmed and Harry Amass into Philippe Clement’s Norwich City squad, barring any last minute hiccups.
Maghoma is expected to fill the number 10 berth for Norwich, which has been among their top priorities in the transfer window this month with a number of different players tried int he role over recent weeks.
A striker also remains on the the clubs' with Bodø/Glimt forward Kasper Hogh still an active target as the window enters in final week and with the ongoing Josh Sargent transfer saga.
Maghoma joined Brentford after a prolonged spell in Tottenham Hotspur’s academy. Eight of his 10 senior appearances for the Bees have come in the Premier League in the 2024/25 campaign. He has also enjoyed loan spells lower down the EFL with Wimbledon, MK Dons and Bolton Wanderers.
