We understand from SSN, that Celtic have made an official approach for Vaughan, on season long loan.  I hope that the reply will be nothing doing.

If  Vaughan is given a clear indication that he will be given a chance to form good partnerships with his fellow strikers and enjoy regular Premier League action, he is unlikely to want to make the move to Celtic.

According to the FourthOfficial on twitter a person/s  who have quite a good record for being correct on transfers, has tweeted that Celtic Have Signed Vaughan.  However good the record is, we will wait fot official confirmation or rejection of Celtic's offer
