City have announced that Sunderland's Michael Turner has become Chris Hughton's fourth signing of the summer joining Jacob Butterfield, Steven Whittaker, and Robert Snodgrass in the City ranks. Turner has signed a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee, another warm Norfolk welcome.
