Not a 100% sure on this one, but have been told that  Barry Simmonds head scout at Fulham could be joinging City in a similar role vacated by Ewan Chester.   Simmonds was a former  coach of New Zealand Knights for a very short time,  The Knights were the only pro team on the Islands and played in A league of Austraila.
