City and any other championship suitors can forget about trying to sign Ross McCormack from Leeds, not that I thought City would be making any moves for him. But Leeds chairman, Massimo Cellino is refusing to sell the striker to a championship rival, but he doesn't rule out a move from a premiership club, who he refers to big clubs.
With McCormack contracted to Elland Road until 2017 Cellino said the following: “He’s a talented player so I couldn’t tell him no, stay at Leeds,” he also went on to say: "If he gets an offer from a big team then we should give him the chance to go. But the teams who’ve asked for McCormack are from the Championship. Why should I sell McCormack? We are not desperate to sell him so why should we? If I needed money, I would tell you frankly"
